The challenge of this project predates the entire CV-19 pandemic and it was aimed at an optimization of the company’s HR processes. One of the main aspects and goals was the elimination of manual monthly inputs and, as a consequence, the automatization of most of the human resources management processes like payroll, vacations, etc.
